Malik’s career includes leading and supporting risk, compliance, and control functions for organizations operating in complex, highly regulated environments. Through numerous consulting and contracting engagements, he has advised executive teams on the design and implementation of risk frameworks, internal control systems, financial oversight structures, and governance models. His work has helped organizations improve transparency, strengthen resilience, and enhance decision-making in periods of growth and operational change.
